Manufacturing Engineer
Manufacturing Engineer
Our client is a looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their production operation, supporting the shop floor processes, including:
- project management
- process improvements / optimization - scrap reductions
- new equipment installations / start up / qualifications
- troubleshooting
- new product launches
- Continuous Improvement / Kaizen
- Training
Technical Bachelor's Degree required (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering preferred, or Industrial Technology). Ideal candidate would have 3-10 years current automotive manufacturing experience. Must have a strong, demonstrated working knowledge of industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, tooling, and processes. Any PLC, robotics, automation, project management, or start up experience a strong plus.
Any LEAN manufacturing / TPS / Toyota Production System experience a plus.
Base Salary to $75k. Excellent benefits package.
Full time permanent position, with relocation assistance available.
