- Perform 19 general maintenance and/or repairs for a retail store.
All must be completed within 10 business days once the assignment is accepted.
Payment will be received within 30 days.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and provide solutions - Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment - Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Experience:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship If you have the skills and experience required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
