Essential Functions:
Assemble parts according to design specifications.
Adhere to production work instructions to maintain high standards of manufacturing operations, product quality, reliability and safety.
If work cannot be done according to procedure, report to supervisors immediately.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Notify Team Leader of any issues causing scrap material or quality issues.
Report Unsafe Acts or Conditions to supervision immediately.
Support continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing processes.
Implement various manufacturing methods and techniques Perform 5S Activities in work cell during every shift.
Familiarity with the Japanese business work environment and the ability to work in a global, multi-tasked, multi-cultural environment is preferred 1 year experience in automotive industry preferred, but willing to train Must be willing to be cross-functional and take part in job rotations.
Support operating as a team.
